  • 1.What are the store policies?
    At Love NYC Souvenirs customer service is our #1 priority. Anyone can say it but we mean it. If you are not 100% satisfied with any product within 30 days of purchase then please return it. Any product purchased can be returned for a store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. All we ask is that the item is in the original packaging with tags still attached. If you receive a damaged item, we apologize in advance. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can send you out a replacement immediately.   • 2.What are your domestic and international shipping rates?
    For domestic and international shipping we have various shipping options. Our most popular domestic option is Flat Rate Shipping which is $4.95. Domestic orders over $50 ship for free! If Flat Rate Shipping is not for you and you need your order to be expedited we use the United States Postal Servce and UPS. The United States Postal Service rates tend to be less while the UPS rates are more but the service is quicker. On international orders we use USPS, UPS, and DHL. All are reliable but if you want your package quickly we recommend choosing UPS or DHL. International orders may take anywhere between 2-8 weeks to be delivered depending on the location. We are not responsible for taxes, duty, or customs that may be added to your order.
  • 3.Will you match prices if I see the product for less elsewhere?
    Not only will we match the final price BUT we will beat it! The final price is defined as the price after any discount or promotion is applied.
  • 4.How long will it take to process and ship my order?
    All orders are extremely important to us. All orders will be shipped within 1 business day or less (excluding weekends and holidays). If your order will not ship within this time frame you will be notified immediately.
  • 5.What if my order is out of stock?
    Its our priority to carry a large inventory, however out of stocks could occasionally occur. You will be notified immediately and given an "Estimated Time of Arrival" as to when we expect the item to return.
  • 6.What if I order multiple items and one item is out of stock?
    You will be given the option to ship the items we have in stock and then when the out of stock item returns we will ship the balance. You may also choose to ship everything at once and you will be given an ETA.
  • 7.Which methods are used for shipping?
    We use USPS, UPS, DHL. You will receive tracking information from us immediately upon shipment. Some small items we can ship through regular mail and you will not receive tracking, however you will be notified if your package shipped in this manner.
  • 8.What can cause a delay in receiving my order?
    Domestically there can be delays due to weather, holiday seasons, and adjustments to global circumstances that can affect delivery by a few days. Internationally, adjustments to global circumstances and safety protocols such as border closures, airline cancellations and routine safely inspection at customs may cause a longer delivery time frame for international orders. If your order is severly delayed please contact us so we can come up with a solution that works for you.
  • 9.Can my order be shipped to a PO Box?
    Yes, we can ship to all addresses PO Box included. We will ship using USPS to ensure proper on-time delivery.
  • 10.What are your payment options?
    We accept various forms of payment. Please scroll down to the bottom of the page to see all of the options which we accept. If you don't see a prefered method of payment, please let us know and we will work with you to find an additional payment option which works best for you.
  • 11.What do I do if I don’t receive my order?
    We want the order process to be easy and seamless. If you don't receive your order please contact us immediatly so we can rectify the issue.
  • 12.Where are you located?
    We are located in New Jersey about 20 min from New York City. Our location is optimal as we can easily access merchandise as most of our vendors are located in this area.
  • 13.I want to order a particular item but I do not see it available for purchase?
    Please contact us. We will use our special relationship with our vendors to try to get you this item.
  • 14.I have an item that I think you might be interested in purchasing for sale on the website?
    Please contact us. We’d love to hear from you and would be happy to review your product.
  • 15.I’d like to order items large quantities or bulk, is this possible?
    Yes, this is 100% possilbe and we welcome bulk orders. We have amazing relationships with all of our vendors and we will be happy to help you should you require this.
